Fire & Gift of Nutrition
Promethean Wellness was built on a simple bet: go after the root cause, not the symptom. Here is the story behind the name.
Forethought Not Folklore
In Greek mythology, Prometheus was a Titan whose name means forethought. He gave humanity three gifts: life, fire, and nutrition.
Forethought is the whole idea — look ahead and address the cause before it becomes ten separate problems.
Built Out of Need
He started it because he was dealing with chronic fatigue, prescriptions, and health issues with no real relief.
He used his research background on himself: nutrition, exercise, and clinical supplement dosing.
He left a corporate career life to build Promethean Wellness around real results and verifiable numbers.
Addressing Root Causes
Weight, energy, mood, joints, sleep — treat the root cause and downstream symptoms improve together.
Meeting the Higher Bar
Made in the USA
Manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities.
Third-Party Tested
Independent labs verify what is actually in the bottle — not just what is on the label.
NSF Certified
One of the toughest certifications in the industry. Most brands skip it.
The Real Bar
Fewer than 1% of U.S. supplements meet all three standards. We clear it anyway.
